- Have been using OS in project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation since 2012 within WWF-Malaysia; in 2020, with another coach, helped led and facilitate the review and development of a new strategy for WWF-Malaysia Sabah Terrestrial Conservation Programme.
- Helped facilitate an OS (Healthy Country Planning) training for protected area managers in Sabah, Malaysia in 2017, with the presence of 2 coaches and other WWF staff who helped facilitate the workshop
- Used OS (adapted version) to help facilitate revision of a management plan for a protected area between 2017-2019
